Operation of HDPE Nutsche:

Charging: The Nutsche vessel is filled with a slurry or solution containing both liquid and solid particles.
Filtration: Solid particles are retained as a filter cake while the liquid is drawn through the filter medium or perforated plate under pressure or vacuum.
Drying: Residual liquid is drained after filtering and washing, and the filter cake is dried using heat, vacuum, or a combination.
